Our mission is to provide structured housing, recovery oriented education, and peer support that help individuals move from instability to stability, from confusion to clarity, and from survival to leadership.

We do not exist simply to manage sobriety.
We exist to help rebuild identity.

Clarence Thompson

Co-Founder & CEO

Clarence Thompson is the Co Founder and CEO of Revival Recovery, a recovery and life development organization that is Christ centered and founded on the conviction that lasting transformation is possible for anyone willing to pursue it. Before launching Revival Recovery, Clarence experienced a life marked by instability, poor direction, and the absence of meaningful structure. Searching for peace yet repeatedly encountering emptiness, he reached a decisive moment where he called on the Lord for help. That surrender became the turning point of his life. Through faith in Jesus Christ, his thinking, desires, and identity began to shift. Confusion gave way to clarity. Chaos gave way to calling. Today, Clarence leads from lived transformation rather than theory. His mission is rooted in loving others through action. He believes recovery is not limited to sobriety. It involves rebuilding identity, embracing responsibility, cultivating leadership, and pursuing spiritual growth. His leadership reflects both truth and grace. He combines structure with compassion, accountability with encouragement, and faith with practical life skills. Clarence is deeply committed to seeing men and women stabilize their lives, return to meaningful work, restore relationships, and walk in long term freedom. While Revival Recovery is grounded in biblical principles, Clarence does not impose his faith. He believes in creating a space where individuals can belong, where they are respected, valued, and supported wherever they are on their journey. His guiding commitment is simple: serve God, love people, and help others experience real and lasting change.

Noel Meyers

Co-founder & ceo

Noel Meyers is the Co-Founder and CEO of Revival Recovery, bringing powerful lived experience, deep compassion, and a passion for lifelong learning into her leadership. Having walked through personal challenges of her own, Noel understands firsthand the weight of struggle, searching for identity, and longing for peace. Her journey is built on transformation, not theory. Through faith in God, she experienced deliverance, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. What once felt uncertain became anchored in understanding, peace, and direction. That transformation now fuels her mission. Noel leads with a balance of unconditional love, accountability, and respect. She believes people grow best when they are both supported and challenged, when grace is present, but responsibility is expected. Her approach reflects her conviction that true change requires honesty, structure, humility, and consistent encouragement. As a passionate learner, Noel continually seeks knowledge and wisdom that strengthen her ability to serve others well. She believes recovery is more than breaking unhealthy cycles, it is about renewing the mind, discovering purpose, rebuilding identity, and walking in lasting freedom. At RevivalRecovery, Noel helps create an environment where individuals are valued, heard, and equipped to rise higher. Her heart is to see people experience not only sobriety, but wholeness, living with peace, integrity, stability, and a clear sense of calling. Noel’s leadership reflects her core belief: when unconditional love is paired with accountability and respect, true restoration becomes possible.
